Come Holy Spirit

Where Thou art not, man hath nought
Nothing good in deed or thought,
Nothing free from taint of ill.

Heal our wounds, our strength renew,
On our dryness pour Thy dew,
Wash the stains of guilt away.

Bend the stubborn heart and will,
Melt the frozen, warm the chill,
Guide the steps that go astray

  1. I really like what you post. I love Ireland and the Celtic theme. I love the ring that comes from there with the heart, crown and hands. I want that to be my wedding band if the Lord sees fit for me to marry once more.
I like your stuff so much that I have nominated you for the Liebster Award. You can find my post at
I hope that you will check out my blog and maybe follow it as I am a follower of yours. God Bless you!

    • God bless you too, and thank you so much for your kind comment, Cheryl. I have the Claddagh ring as my wedding band. 🙂 Thank you for the award. I must tell you, however, that this is an award-free blog; I hope you don’t mind. I followed your blog when I saw the Like that you gave me the other day but I didn’t have time to check it out. I will have a proper look at it as soon as I have finished this reply.
