Want to know an easy way you can reduce suffering in the world? If you’re a meat-eater, all you have to do is stop buying and consuming meat products. It’s not as hard as it sounds. I gave up meat over twenty years ago. Even though I loved the taste of meat (my favourite meals were beef wellington and bacon sandwiches) I didn’t find it difficult to stop eating it. Why?
