Share Your Creativity For Peace

I’d like to tell you about a new blog that’s just been started: Artists For Peace.  Anyone can submit contributions: just post your creations on your blog and then send the URL of the post to artists4peace@gmail.com and (if it is suitable, I guess) it will be reblogged on Artists For Peace.  I guess the idea is to use our creativity to raise awareness of issues in a non-confrontational manner.  For more information see Gigi and Melanie‘s blogs.

  8. I would contribute with Just a comment here, besides my sharing this post. Peace needs much Hard work. Think of Abraham Lincoln, the pains he went through. I think Gandhi and Nelson Mandela worked for Peace in their own way. Good examples for us.

    • Thank you for reblogging this post Swami. It helps to spread the word.
Achieving peace will indeed take a lot of hard work. We’re just taking baby steps towards it here. Lincoln, Gandhi and Mandela are indeed good examples to try to follow. If we can achieve even a fraction of what they achieved that will be amazing.
